Athletes place extreme load, stress and demands on their bodies. This comes in many forms like training, lifting weights, hours of practice and game play – all of which take a toll on the body.

You do not need to have an injury to see us. We work ongoing with our athletes to work on injury prevention and improving athletic performance. The way we see it is that the less time you spend injured – the more time you can work on enhancing your abilities and improving your skill.
