Clinical Reformer Pilates

Clinical Pilates-based exercise is designed to combine mobility and strength exercises to improve overall strength and to rehabilitate any injury from daily aches and pain to severe chronic pain.

Private 1 on 1 Reformer Pilates

Each session is tailored to your individual needs and how your body is feeling on the day.

Clinical Pilates is an individually tailored exercise method which includes Pilates-based exercises, focussing on addressing weaknesses and movement inefficiencies in the body that can contribute to an injury, or that decrease physical performance.

Our therapist, Taylor, loves to do Private Reformer Pilates with Pregnant and Post-partum women too!

Our studio is baby and child friendly! So feel free to bring your little one along with you to your session.

Semi-private 2 on 1 Reformer Pilates

Semi-private sessions are designed for 2 people to receive individually tailored Clinical Pilates-based exercise sessions. Share the session with a friend or family member to make Clinical Reformer Pilates-based exercise rehab even more fun!

Group Clinical Pilates

Our Clinical Pilates-based Class is a small-group class designed to help you improve and maintain strength, mobility and posture. The classes can help you to return to full function after an injury and help to correct poor movement patterns. The rehabilitative exercises used in the pilates-based exercise classes are tailored to each person and specific to their assessments and functional rehabilitation goals. Our Group Clinical Pilates Classes incorporate a fusion of both Reformer Pilates-based exercises and mat exercises.

The classes are semi-private format with no more than 4 people per class. You will be required to attend an Initial Private Pilates-based exercise Appointment with our Soft Tissue Occupational Therapist prior to joining any Group Classes. In this initial Private Pilates Appointment, our therapist will undertake a thorough assessment, goal setting and go through the basic foundations and movements with you on to commence on your health journey!

Group Pregnancy Clinical Pilates

Our Pregnancy Clinical Pilates-based exercise Class is a small-group class designed to help pregnant women improve and maintain strength, mobility and posture. The customised classes can help you to rehabilitate any pregnancy related aches and pains, or help to correct poor movement patterns. The rehabilitative exercises used in the pilates-based classes are tailored to each person and specific to their initial assessment and functional rehabilitation goals. Our Pregnancy Clinical Pilates-based exercise Classes incorporate a fusion of both Reformer Pilates-based exercises and Mat exercises.
