We require 24 hours or more notice to cancel your appointment. Should you cancel your appointment 24 hours or more before your appointment time, you will not be charged a fee.
Should you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours in advance of your appointment time, you may be charged a ‘cancellation fee’. This ‘cancellation fee’ is equal to 50% of the full appointmnet fee. This fee is non-refundable and non-rebatable.
Failure to attend appointments and without proper notice, will be classified as missed appointments. Missed appointments will be subject to the same policy of a cancellation and therefore may incur a ‘cancellation fee’ equal to 50% of the full appointment fee.
