We require 24 hours or more notice to cancel your appointment. Should you cancel your appointment 24 hours or more before your appointment time, you will not be charged a fee.
Should you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours in advance of your appointment time, you may be charged a ‘cancellation fee’. This ‘cancellation fee’ is equal to 100% of the full appointment fee. This fee is non-refundable and non-rebatable.
Failure to attend appointments and without proper notice, will be classified as missed appointments. Missed appointments will be subject to the same policy of a cancellation and therefore may incur a ‘cancellation fee’ equal to 100% of the full appointment fee.

A deposit is required to secure all McGill Method Initial Consultation bookings.
This deposit is non-refundable once paid. If you cancel your appointment at any time after the deposit has been paid, the deposit amount will be forfeited and will not be refunded.
The deposit is taken to secure your appointment time and to account for the extended preparation and limited availability associated with McGill Method Initial Consultations.
By paying the deposit, you acknowledge and agree that:
The deposit is non-refundable.
If you cancel the appointment after paying the deposit, the deposit will be forfeited.
The remaining appointment balance is payable on the day of your consultation.
This policy applies regardless of the amount of notice provided for the cancellation.
